Temples Voices
“Temples Voices” is a vision of nomadic temples, interactive altars, and sacred spaces, where diverse voices harmonize towards oneness.
It is an ode to union, a prayer for bliss, and a dream of healing.
The project serves as an archive, laboratory, and container for forgotten and new rituals, oral traditions, psychomagic cabarets and poetic actions.
It seeks to collect humanity’s sacred and profane wisdom, while reminding us to listen to nature and the stars.
The performance is a ceremony, a healing space to celebrate resistance, renewal, and interconnectedness.
Through dance, music, improvisation, visual and symbolic art and installations, it creates a collective healing experience.
It critiques colonialism and honors indigenous and spiritual practices. Ultimately, it is an act of reclamation, of cultural appreciation celebrating the strength of community.
“I believe that art is prophetic whenever it bridges the gap between the unspeakable and the world, between experience and the world outside experience. Whenever, through a finite sign, art puts us in contact with the unlimited”
Mariangela Gualtieri
